Refund & Return Policy
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
orunjo offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied, you may return undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must include all original accessories. Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected at our warehouse.
Return Window:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and free from stains or damage.
- Maximum of two (2) items per order are eligible for a refund; unlimited items can be exchanged or receive store credit.
- For exchanges with a price difference, customers must pay the difference or will be refunded if the replacement item is of lesser value. Exchanged items are final sale.
Fees:
- Refunds: $10 return & processing fee per order (Hawaii & Alaska: $19.99)
- Exchanges & store credit: Free of charge
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or as store credit if the original method is no longer active.
- Gift recipients can request a return within 30 days of the gift order, and refunds will be issued to the original purchaser or as store credit.
2. Refunds or Exchanges After 30 Days
- Refunds for non-quality issues cannot be processed after the 30-day window.
- If a product has a quality issue, refunds or exchanges can be processed within the warranty period.
3. Return Procedure
Step 1: Initiate a Return
- Use our online return portal to start your return.
- Or email us at info@desk-mat.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (for quality issues, include photos of faulty parts)
Step 2: Ship Your Item
- Our service team will provide return instructions. Do not send items to the sender’s address on the package.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
- Refunds will be issued 3–5 business days after the item has been received and approved.
Note:
- Returns due to product quality issues are shipped at orunjo’ expense.
- Returns due to user damage require the customer to cover shipping.
- Ensure your item is covered under warranty before requesting a refund or exchange.
4. Important Notices
- Mark our emails as “Not Spam” to ensure you receive return instructions.
- Always contact orunjo before returning any item; unapproved returns will not be accepted.
